Step 2: We Proof with You

We use your vision, colors and custom wording to create PDF proofs, typically within 2 to 3 business days. And we work with you until you are happy.

Step 3: Handmade with Love

We print and assemble your stationery by hand and from the heart. And when we’re done, we send you a tracking note.

Step 4: Your Vision Delivered

Open a box of awesome that will tell the visual story of your wedding. Your designs arrive assembled.

Turnaround Time

Proofing: Proofs are typically provided within 2 to 3 business days (Mon-Fri) after you send your wording.

Printing and Production: Invitations and stationery sets typically ship 7 to 14 business days after proof approval (not including weekends and holidays).

Individual stationery typically ships 7 to 10 business days after proof approval.

Shipping: 2 to 3 day Priority Mail in the U.S. | 6 to 10 business day Priority Mail International outside of the U.S.

How much is shipping?

Because shipping costs vary by stationery type, shipping costs can be found on each individual listing page under the FAQ tab.

We ship 2 to 3 day Priority Mail in the U.S. and 6 to 10 business day Priority Mail International outside of the U.S. All samples ship first class mail.

Do you do rush orders?

In many cases we can do rush orders. Please contact us with your deadline to see if we can rush your order.

How do I customize these?

You can customize colors, fonts and paper types.

Customization options can be found on the last photo of the listing page, and as part of the ordering process.

Can you print in other languages?

Yes, we can do these in another language, even non-Latin alphabet languages when you provide the wording in the other language.

The fonts may be different to accommodate different alphabets.

Can I have different sets of wording or colors on some of them?

Yes, we can do 2 versions of a design for no additional costs.

There may be added fees for 3 or more versions because of the additional proofing and production time. Please contact us for more details.

Can you do these in fonts and inks that aren't in your options?

In many cases yes (for an additional fee).

If you provide us with the fonts you want to use (true type or open type) or a link to a free version to download from a reputable site, there will be no additional fees.

On custom colors, we can sample colors from a photo. We will do our best. But ultimately because different monitors show colors differently and different printers output colors differently, we can’t guarantee an exact color match. Please contact us for more details.

Can I alter the design, add or take away elements?

In many cases, yes.

We can add photos or icons/monograms you provide. We can also use icons from one of our other designs.

We may be able to create new simple icons (though a custom design fee may apply). Please contact us for more details.

What's your refund policy?

We have a detailed explanation of our satisfaction guarantee, and cancellations  and returns on our terms of service page.

In general, a full refund is available before we start your proofing. A partial refund is available during the proofing process.

As these are handcrafted and custom, no returns are available once your designs are completed.  If we have made a mistake with your order, please let us know as soon as possible so we can fix it for you.
